1) R.V. Nuccio & Associates is an independent insurance company that we are not affiliated with.   They can provide a special event host liquor liability insurance in which the wedding couple would list the Gray Acres Wedding & Event Venue as additional insured on the insurance certificate with $1,000,000.00 coverage.  Each customer is required to obtain the special event host liquor liability insurance with $1,000,000.00 in coverage, naming Gray Acres Wedding & Event Venue as an additional insured and shall provide a copy of said coverage to Company no later than ten (10) days prior to any use of the Premises by Customer. 2) A Security Guard is required to be in attendance if alcohol will be served at any point during an event. If a security guard is not present, no alcohol will be allowed on the premises. 3) Alcohol MUST be served by a TABC licensed & insured bartender.   WHEN THE BARTENDER LEAVES, NO ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SERVED. Additional fees may apply for alcohol use to be permitted.
